Temporary COVID Local Rules
Following the current outbreak of COVID in Sydney, Golf NSW have recommended we revert to the temporary COVID Local Rules relating to flagsticks remaining in the hole at all times, no rakes in bunkers and marking your own card.
We are adopting the recommendations and so from Thursday 15th July until further notice the following Local Rules will apply.
COVID-19 TEMPORARY LOCAL RULES
We have implemented all the Temporary Local Rules suggested by the R&A.
- The flagstick must remain in the hole and not be touched. There are foam rubber inserts to enable the ball to be removed without touching the flag.
 - All rakes have been removed from bunkers and a preferred lie of 1 club length no nearer the hole may be taken in the bunker.
 - A ball embedded in the face of a bunker must be extracted and placed in the base of the bunker without penalty.
 - Players may mark their own card and need not have a Marker attest by signing. The score should be verbally confirmed after each hole. The card is to be scanned and returned to the appropriate course box upstairs.

It will take some time to update the Local Rules board outside the Pro Shop, however these Local Rules will be in force, even if not displayed.
