Online Bookings

Go to the booking sheet and select your tee time as normal. Add your players and carts. Please note carts will be paid for at the Proshop on the day.  Please take note of the timer on the top right hand side of the screen.  If you take longer than 180 seconds to process your credit card payment your booking will be deleted. Click confirm booking.

 

Review your booking; please note payment is credit card only. Click pay now.

 Add in your credit card details including credit card number and expiry date, click confirm.

You will receive a booking confirmation email similar to the below. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk folder. We are encouraging all members to check your booking after the process to ensure it has gone through.  Please note if you need to cancel, call the Proshop or reception to cancel your booking and a refund will go on your member account.

Important Notes:

If you do not process payment at the time of booking or if your payment is declined your booking will deleted from the time sheet within 30 minutes. If you take longer than 180 seconds to process your credit card payment your booking will be deleted. If your payment is declined or not processed the booking will still appear in your “My Booking” for 30 minutes before it systematically deletes. We recommend you delete the unpaid booking and re-book prior to the 30 minute expiry.
