Notice to Members: Right of Way for Greens Staff & Teeing Off at Your Allocated Time
Please be reminded of the following course etiquette requirements to ensure the safety of our greens staff and the enjoyment of all members.
Right of Way: Greens Staff and Maintenance Equipment
- Greens staff and maintenance vehicles have right of way at all times.
- Please be aware that staff are restricted due to noise regulations from working on certain parts of the course that are in proximity to residential areas before 7:00am.
- Do not play a stroke if there is any possibility your ball could reach staff or machinery. Wait until you are clearly waved through or the area is clear.
- If staff are working on or near your line of play, pause and give them time to move to a safe position.
- Maintain a safe distance and keep carts/buggies well clear of work areas, equipment, and newly treated surfaces.
- If asked to wait or re-route around a work area, please comply promptly and courteously.
Teeing Off at Your Allocated Time
- Please arrive at the tee early and be ready to play at your allocated time.
- Your group should tee off at the scheduled time (NOT EARLIER if you are the first group in the morning). If the group ahead is still within range, please wait.
- If your group is not ready at the allocated time, the starter/marshal may ask you to allow the next group to tee off to keep the field on time.
- If you are delayed (e.g., parking, check-in, practice range), please advise the Pro Shop as soon as possible so your time can be managed appropriately.
- Help maintain pace of play by keeping up with the group in front and allowing faster groups through when appropriate.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us provide a safe working environment for our staff and an enjoyable experience for all players.
