We have had several reports of swooping magpies, please stay vigilant and follow the below safety advice.
MAGPIE SAFETY –
Wear a hat, sunglasses and shelter under umbrella to protect head and eyes in areas known to have swooping magpies
Walk, don’t run from the area
Walk in a group
Don’t provoke or harass the magpie, it is only protecting its young
