LOCAL RULE – 3rd HOLE
The retaining wall on the 3rd hole forms part of the penalty area. If a player’s ball comes to rest against this wall, it must be played as it lies or the player may proceed under Rule 17. If a ball is not touching the retaining wall and the wall interferes with your stance or swing, relief may be taken at the nearest point of relief no nearer the hole.
