With the cooler days rolling in and autumn in the air, we’re loving the return of Bish’s authentic curries to the menu. This week, he’s serving up a rich and flavourful lamb rang dang –  the kind of dish that practically calls for a bold glass of red on the side.

Phil’s fresh barramundi is also back, perfectly paired with packed full of flavour pickled ginger and chilli salad, featuring coriander, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, Spanish onion, alfalfa, Nam Jim sauce, and a fresh squeeze of lime.

And if you’re craving something warm and comforting, the prawn linguini is just the thing – creamy, satisfying and full of flavour.
