The pan-fried Japanese scallops with grilled peaches, roasted pistachios and drizzled with saffron mayonnaise is a Spring inspired entrée we can’t wait for you to try. As the newest addition to the menu, the whole baby snapper is a true standout – fresh and zesty with an interesting blood orange twist!
We still have all the crowd favourites, like the Riverina scotch, an authentic curry and classic chicken schnitzel, with some special surprises thrown in (we are looking at you Japanese sea scallop salad!)
