Dear Members,
We are very excited to let members know that after reconsideration, the Office of Sport – NSW Government has advised that golf is considered an activity that can continue to be played in line with Public Health Orders relating to public gathering limits, social distancing, and the elderly. This is provided that people must not participate in groups greater than two persons at any point in time.
This means the course is open as of tomorrow and you can still play golf provided that people must not participate in groups greater than two persons at any point in time.
Due to the further restrictions and the Club wishing to look after our members and give them full access to the course, the course will be open to FULL PLAYING MEMBERS ONLY when we reopen tomorrow. This means that members will not be able to book visitors into competitions and visitors will not be able to play social golf. Members can play in competitions and play social golf. Social golf can be booked through the Proshop or online.
We do need to remind members there will be strict measures in place to avoid a re-closure so we stress that rules must be followed at all times.
It is still advisable that member’s take their equipment home with them to avoid using the locker room as in this space is closed. Toilets will be open for use downstairs.
1 person per cart still applies and we remind members to only turn up 20 minutes prior to tee time.
A new timesheet for Thursday will be up and running at 2pm this afternoon and all other timesheets will open at 5.30pm this afternoon to allow those members who are working to book in.
The course will remain closed today as we have applied fungicide to the fairways and will be watering this in.
With our busiest days being Thursday and Saturday, we are requiring members to book and pay online for these days. Carts can be paid for at the Proshop on arrival however we remind members to please abide by the social distancing rules and no more than 4 people in the Proshop at any given time. Members who need to cancel can do so by calling the Proshop or Reception and a refund will be applied to your members account. For all other days, bookings and carts can be paid for at the Proshop.
Online Booking Instructions Below:
Go to the booking sheet and select your tee time as normal. Add your players and carts. Please note carts will be paid for at the Proshop on the day. Please take note of the timer on the top right hand side of the screen. If you take longer than 180 seconds to process your credit card payment your booking will be deleted. Click confirm booking.
Review your booking; please note payment is credit card only. Click pay now.
Add in your credit card details including credit card number and expiry date, click confirm.
You will receive a booking confirmation email similar to the below. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk folder. We are encouraging all members to check your booking after the process to ensure it has gone through. Please note if you need to cancel, call the Proshop or reception to cancel your booking and a refund will go on your member account.
Important Notes:
If you do not process payment at the time of booking your booking will deleted from the timesheet. If you take longer than 180 seconds to process your credit card payment your booking will be deleted. We are encouraging all members to check your booking after the process to ensure it has gone through.
