Hi All,
After a lengthy meeting today and review of the ongoing COVID conditions, the COVID committee has updated the conditions of entry as follows
Conditions of Entry to Coffs Harbour Golf Club and Course
Clubhouse – Any person from Greater Sydney, Wollongong or Central Coast will not be permitted to enter the Club.
Golf Course – Any person who is from a known COVID ‘hotspot’, including the Northern Beaches Area of Sydney, will not be permitted to play golf unless they can show they have isolated and been tested with a negative result. Note, persons from Greater Sydney that are not in a known COVID hotspot area will be allowed to play golf but may not enter the Clubhouse.
Members are advised not to visit the Greater Sydney area and in particular any COVID ‘hotspot’. If you have been to a known COVID hotspot from the 10th December 2020 you will need to isolate and get tested before being able to return to the Golf Club.
We ask all members to remain vigilant, ensure you sign in every time you enter the Club or play golf, maintain social distancing when queuing, hand sanitise and use cashless payment options.
If you are SICK or have COVID symptoms (such as fever, dry cough, headache, or sore throat) do not enter the Club, isolate immediately and get tested.
The Board and Management of Coffs Harbour Golf Club are doing our best to provide a safe and healthy environment during these times of widespread illness. However, each member should take their own precautions based on their own situation, which may include limiting their time at the Club over the festive season. We will continue to keep you updated on the changing conditions and our response to them.
Kind Regards,
Paul McAra
