Good morning members,
Well our bunker program is in full swing with Chicka starting work on the 22nd hole, once we start a hole we will have a temporary green in place whilst we shell and re shape each hole.(We will one have one hole out at any one time).
Once we have completed each bunker we will test all outlets to make sure they are working correctly and then add drainage into the bunker.
Once completed we will be installing the Kustom Bind product into these bunkers, click here for the website, explaining the product which has been in use in Australia for over 10yrs.
The guys that are installing this product are caught up with COVID restrictions but will be here hopefully early to mid-august to start works and all bunkers with gravel in them will be GUR until that process takes place.
We found a window of opportunity to start works with 2 good weeks of fine weather and we had booked our contractor in to shape these sometime ago so it was now or never.
Just whilst the bunkers are out of play I would really encourage that when retrieving golf balls that you access the bunker at its lowest point as to not cause damage or move the gravel base.
