I wish to advise members that nominations for the Board of Directors have now closed.
The positions of President and Treasurer were unopposed. As a result I wish to announce Peter Ramstadius as President and Sandra Price as Treasurer.

TREASURER
Sandra resigned from her position as Director to stand for Treasurer. As a result there is a vacant position as Director for 1 year.

VOTING
Voting for 2 Directors for 2 years and 1 Director for 1 year will commence 10am Monday 2nd June 2025 and close 12 noon Monday 16th June 2025. Ballot forms will be available at Reception during this period, Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 7th June & Saturday 14th June from 9 am to 1pm.

The AGM is to be held on Tuesday 17th June @ 6.30pm in The Gibson Room. We would love to see all eligible members there.

AGENDA
Agenda for the 2025 AGM is being updated and will be posted HERE soon. Members who wish to raise any proposed resolutions, queries or seek information at the meeting concerning Annual Accounts, the Balance Sheet or Associated Statements of the affairs of the Club, need to give to the General Manager notice in writing 21days notice prior to the AGM, that being close of business Tuesday 27th May 2025.
