Front of House Manager
Coffs Harbour Golf Club is looking for Front of House Manager to join our team!
About Us – Coffs Harbour Golf Club is the premier golf course on the Mid North Coast, presenting a stunning 27-hole championship course in the relaxing surrounds of the Coffs Coast. With recent renovations being undertaken throughout the Club and having hosted international and national golfing events, the Club is in an exciting growth stage and gaining a reputation as a prestigious golf club and course. About You – If you are hardworking, motivated, passionate about customer service, enthusiastic, have initiative and go above and beyond, we want to hear from you! As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all Front of House including bar, cellar and catering facilities, stock management, staffing, rostering and working towards KPI’s. You will be managing a catering and bar team with the freedom and encouragement to make the role your own, we love motivated people who have new ideas! This is a hands-on role where you will always be doing something different; whether you are assisting with function set up or creating a new promotion, you will be managing a diverse range of tasks. Unlike many hospitality roles, this position offers a genuine work-life balance. The Club typically closes before 9:00pm on weeknights, with extended hours only required for functions. Flexible rostering supports family and personal commitments.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- A strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence
- Experience in stock ordering and inventory management
- Proven ability to effectively roster staff and manage labour costs
- Experience working within budgets and achieving KPIs
- Sound knowledge of bar and cellar operations
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Initiative, reliability and a collaborative team mindset
- Current RSA and RCG certifications
