Hi Members,

Our Friday night dinner menu is here and those who have booked are in for a real treat! For our seafood fans we have oysters 3 ways – natural, ginger vinaigrette and Kilpatrick – and ceviche with a mango salsa and avocado. Plus our pan fried barramundi is back! Served with an apple, pear and walnut rocket salad with a blood orange citrus chilli dressing, it has a fresh Spring twist. 

We already know the crispy fried pork belly is going to be a fan favourite, especially as it is paired with a cauliflower puree, broccolini, trio of mushrooms and red wine jus. The beef rang dang curry is a menu newcomer, as is a delicious new dessert, a classic tiramisu!
