Change of descriptions
You may notice that we have upgraded our signage and conditions of play display to reflect the current rules.
There are five defined areas of the course:
- The general area,
- The teeing area the player must play from in starting the hole he or she is playing,
- All penalty areas,
- All bunkers, and
- The putting green of the hole the player is playing.
The General Area covers anything that is not defined for the other four areas.
Please note that the Teeing Area is not the entire tee block but is defined as follows:
A rectangular area defined by the outside edges of the tee markers and to a depth of two club lengths behind the markers.
