Saturday 26th March will see the turn of the 2 Bob Club! For those members who don’t know about it, the 2 Bob Club was founded by Warwick Paynter many years ago and has become a Club traditions of friendship. It is a great chance for new members to meet other members and some friendly competition for our regulars! Basically, members ask each other what their golf score was for that day’s competition, the lower scorer is required to give the higher scorer a 20c coin, this continues until you have been around to see all members and traded your 20c coins. So, if you see someone carrying a bag of 20c pieces, you know why!
