Coffs Harbour Golf Club Master Plan
Recently the Club conducted a strategic planning meeting to move the Club forward in the next 10 years and what came out of that meeting is to have a master plan for the golf course as we all know is our biggest asset.
Following the meeting we put out a brief for designers to quote on and after some careful consideration the Club has engaged Craig Parry to complete our master plan.
Craig will be here next week for 3 days to go over our course and develop a plan moving forward, some of the things he will be looking at but not limited too are as follows:
- Tree encroachment
- Safety issues
- Bunker strategy (Custom bind/matting)
- Tee placements
- Green Strategy/design
- 27-hole plan
- Vegetation
- Lake Edges/Water management/Trees around lakes

These are very exciting times for the Members and the Club that we engage an expert to develop a plan that the club can follow into the future improvements for all members and guests experience.
