Important Information for all Lady Members
What: The Annual Meeting of the lady members of Coffs Harbour Golf Club
When: 13th November 2019, at 2.15pm
Where: Auditorium at Coffs Harbour Golf Club
Why: To elect a committee to work for and on behalf of the lady members.
This is your chance to make a difference and participate in the administration and organization of all matters directly relating to the playing of golf and its promotion among the lady members of CHGC.
At this meeting on 13th November all committee positions will be declared vacant and new officers and committee members will be elected by the lady members. Proxy voting is permitted.
Nomination Forms, with a list of duties, are now available at the Office. Please give these careful consideration. Completed Nomination Forms must be given to the Office or the Secretary, Jackie McIntosh, by close of business on 30th October 2019.
All agenda items for the Annual Meeting must be handed to the Office or the Secretary by 30th October 2019.
