2020 Annual General Meeting Notice
Please be advised that the 93rd Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 21st July 2020 in the Auditorium at Coffs Harbour Golf Club.
Nominations will open, 10am Friday 5th June and close on 10am Friday 19th June. Nomination Forms are available at reception.
Nominations will be open for the positions of Vice President, Captain and 2 x Directors for 2 years and 1 x Director for 1 year.
Nominations may be viewed from 5pm Friday 19th June – 5pm Friday 3rd July.
Voting will be open 10am Monday 6th July – 12noon Monday 20th July prior to the AGM on Tuesday 21st July 2020.
