{"id":29553,"date":"2024-11-06T11:41:23","date_gmt":"2024-11-06T01:41:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.coffsharbourgolfclub.com.au\/cms\/?p=29553"},"modified":"2024-11-06T11:57:36","modified_gmt":"2024-11-06T01:57:36","slug":"administration-assistant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.coffsharbourgolfclub.com.au\/cms\/administration-assistant\/","title":{"rendered":"Administration Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Administration Assistant<\/h2>\n<p><strong>An exciting opportunity exists within our dynamic office team for a vibrant and dedicated Administration Assistant! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a versatile, enthusiastic and experienced Administration Assistant.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be reliable, well presented, competent and capable to handle a wide range of duties including but are not limited to;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First point of contact for members and guests, provide a bright bubbly and friendly welcome to everyone who enters the Club. Assist with members and guests\u2019 enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>General office duties; answering and directing phone calls, email correspondence, assisting in the preparation of reports, updating and maintain office policies and procedures, maintain membership database, order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers, plan meetings and take detailed minutes, act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, liaise with all team members and handle requests and queries from management team.<\/li>\n<li>Cash handling, banking and MYOB data entry<\/li>\n<li>Basic website tasks such as posting information onto members portal<\/li>\n<li>Help prepare marketing material for Corporate and Charity Golf Days such as flyers and scorecards<\/li>\n<li>Assist with other aspects of Club life as necessary whilst adhering to the Club\u2019s code of conduct, procedures and WHS policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00a3dd;\"><strong>Desirable Skills<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an Administration Assistant<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of office management systems and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task<\/li>\n<li>RSA\/RCG<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00a3dd;\"><strong>Essential Criteria<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current driver\u2019s license essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If this sounds like you please email your resume to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@coffsharbourgolfclub.com.au\">careers@coffsharbourgolfclub.com.au<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Please note due to a huge number of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted, we do thank everyone for taking the time to apply.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Administration Assistant An exciting opportunity exists within our dynamic office team for a vibrant and dedicated Administration Assistant!
