PRESIDENTS MEMO<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are currently heading towards this year\u2019s AGM, celebrating another successful year for the Club. The AGM is an opportunity for members to propose changes to the way the Club operates, this year we have a notification from a member wishing to present the following proposal of motion at the AGM regarding increased competition playing rights for Cadet Members aged up to 14 years.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Please take the time to fully understand the nature and implications of the proposed motion of change.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Consider how the change will impact various aspects of the Club, including its mission, activities, structure, and member experience. This is a major shift in the dynamics of Cadet playing rights within the Club, which will encompass not only member Cadets, but regional Cadets and those cadets visiting the Club.<\/p>\n

We will include a link below to the motion to allow for your consideration leading up to the AGM. I would encourage every member to be a part of the decision-making process. This is not a Board decision, it is a decision that will be made by all members on how the Club is structured for the different categories of membership and the playing rights for those categories.<\/p>\n
