Please make Josh feel welcome at the Club\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#x1f468;&#x200d;&#x1f373;&#xfe0f; <strong>Where have you worked before joining the team at the Coffs Harbour Golf Club?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining the team here at the golf course, I have worked in several establishments.<\/p>\n<p>Foreshores Caf\u00e9, Coffs Harbour (now Twenty46), Apprentice, 3 years<\/p>\n<p>Bonville International Golf Course, Sous Chef &amp; Banquets, 5 \u00bd years<\/p>\n<p>Jonah\u2019s Restaurant, Whale Beach, (2 Hatted Restaurant), 6 months<\/p>\n<p>Caf\u00e9 Aqua, Coffs Harbour, Head Chef, 7 years<\/p>\n<p>Aanuka Beach Resort, Coffs harbour, Executive Chef, 8 years<\/p>\n<p>Now that I\u2019m here I am looking forward to the challenge of showing off my culinary skills which I hope will meet all of our members expectations<\/p>\n<p>&#x1f958; <strong>What is your favourite food to cook and why?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s definitely hard to pick what my favourite food is as I like to cook a diverse range of food. If I had to pick something though, I like to work with Asian flavours. I have travelled through South East Asia trying and learning about the local produce and the amazing flavours you can build using them<\/p>\n<p>&#x1f411; <strong>You can only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what is it?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Maybe because it brings back my childhood memories of living on the farm in the northern tablelands but I would have to say Lamb Roast with all of the trimmings<\/p>\n<p>&#x1f4dd; <strong>What is your best cooking tip for our members?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Purchase fresh, quality ingredients. Your food can only be as good as your ingredients<\/p>\n<p>&#x1f37d;&#xfe0f; <strong>What is your signature dish?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I cannot say I have a signature dish as I love to experiment with food. I have a lot of dishes that I am looking forward for our members to try.
