Over the next few days, we will be introducing you to some new faces you might have seen around the Club. We are very lucky with the friendly and hardworking team we have so please make our new team members feel welcome.<\/p>\n

Meet Mick!<\/strong><\/span>
\nMick is our newest team member on the Greens team, coming on board as our mechanic!<\/p>\n

A little bit about Mick <\/span>– <\/strong>Michael is 53 years of age and is from Townsville but was born and bred in Coffs Harbour, until moving into the defence force for 23 years. Michael or Mick as he is often called, started as an apprentice mechanic with the defence force which took him all over the country as well as a stint in Afghanistan for 6 months in 2008. Michael is married to Karen and has a daughter called Isabel who is14. Karen and Isabel will join Mick in Coffs Harbour at the end of the year.
\nMick\u2019s hobbies outside of work include fishing, camping\/caravanning, restoring old furniture and renovating his old Queenslander style home in Townsville.<\/p>\n

\nFavourite dish<\/strong> – My daughter\u2019s Chinese chicken and almond
\nFavourite drink<\/strong> – Jack Daniels or red wine preferably a Cabernet Sauvignon
\nFavourite music<\/strong> – Anything by Polka
\nIf I won lotto<\/strong> \u2013 I would buy a house in Coffs but I would still keep working
\nWhat makes you laugh<\/strong> – Very little at times
\nDo you have any pets<\/strong> – \u00a0I have a 3-year-old Maltese Cross Toy Poodle called BOO
\nYears in the industry<\/strong> \u2013 18 months in golf and 35 years as a mechanic
\nWho has been the most influential person in your career<\/strong> – My wife, she has put her career on hold all our marriage so I could pursue mine
\nWhat are your best attributes in the work place<\/strong> – \u00a0I turn up and I am easy to get along with<\/p>\n
