Coffs Men's Competitions are played on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays whilst ladies competitions are played Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays. The majority of mixed competitions are scheduled for Sundays with the popular Jack and Jill event, sponsored by Coffs City Golf Centre, played once a month. The Razorback, sponsored by PRD Nationwide, is a Men's single stroke competition which is held on a selected Sunday each month. On Razorback days the course is set up to play at its most challenging level. Come along and test your golf skills. The Fixtures book for 2010 - 2011 is available in the Clubhouse from early March. The Fixtures book details every competition that is held at our Club. Local players should also collect the fixtures list of the Mid North Coast District Golf Association (MNCDGA). The MNCDGA Fixtures brochure details events at our Club and as well as events held in our surrounding district clubs. The HQB Chartered Accountants Easter Tournament is growing in prestige and competitor numbers each year. The event is a 36 hole stableford for both men and women competitors and takes place on the Saturday and Sunday of the Easter holidays. The Festival of Golf, held in the last week of October is a must play week of great golf. 2010 will see the 60th year of the event and promises to be a week of social activity and terrific golf. Special events of note in our Fixtures book include the Men's and Women's Club Championships are held during March and May respectfully. This year both Championships will be played over 72 holes. The Championships are the most prestigious event in our fixtures and we encourage all members play in this annual event.
The Club has an outstanding junior program. All newcomers to the game are encouraged to progress through the beginners? squads which are conducted by the Club Professionals and move onto the organised sub junior competitions that are played on Saturday mornings.
